Refund and Dispute Policy

PGH Reminders is a low-cost service that provides courtesy text message notifications to help users avoid missed trash pickups and parking violations. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

  • Notifications are not guaranteed to be delivered in all circumstances.
  • PGH Reminders is not responsible for tickets, fines, or missed civic obligations, even in the event of outages or message delivery failures.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed reminders
  • User error (e.g. wrong address, unsubscribed number)
  • Tickets or penalties incurred for any reason


Refunds may be considered only in the rare event of a complete service outage lasting longer than 7 consecutive days, and at the sole discretion of PGH Reminders.
